By using Viberest, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Viberest provides digital eSIM data packages for international travel. eSIMs are non-refundable once activated. We are a reseller of data plans provisioned by eSIMAccess.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
5. Refund Policy
eSIM packages are non-refundable once an activation QR code has been issued. If a technical error prevents delivery, contact support within 24 hours for a full refund.
6. Limitations
Viberest is not responsible for network coverage quality, speed variations, or device incompatibility. eSIMs require a compatible unlocked device.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
