Your data is used solely to provide, operate, and improve the Viberest eSIM service. We use Stripe for payment processing — they receive payment information directly and we do not store card details.
3. Cookies
We use an essential httpOnly cookie to manage your session — it is required for authentication and cannot be disabled while using the service. With your consent (via the cookie banner), we also use analytics cookies from PostHog to understand how visitors use our site, including anonymized session recordings. If you reject analytics cookies, we only collect anonymous, cookieless usage statistics. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will show the banner again.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe (payments), eSIMAccess (eSIM provisioning), Google OAuth (optional login), PostHog (analytics, hosted in the EU), Sentry (error monitoring), and Crisp (support chat). Each operates under their own privacy policies. Analytics data is linked to your account ID only after you sign in; we do not share your email or payment details with analytics providers.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
